The data controller is Primework Group Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland, operating the primework360.com website and the Primework360 recruitment platform, including the application at app.primework360.com.

Contact data you give us voluntarily: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message or early-access request.

Recruitment data, where you apply as a candidate: nationality, work experience, qualifications and documents needed for work permits and visas.

Technical data collected automatically: IP-derived country, browser and device type, pages visited, referring source and campaign parameters.

Platform account data: your login, account role (candidate, employer or partner), company details, and the recruitment documents, statuses and messages entered in the application.

Where you sign in to the platform with your Google account, we receive from Google only your basic profile: name, e-mail address and profile picture.

We use this data solely to create and operate your platform account. We do not access your Gmail, calendar, files or any other Google services.

Google data is never sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties for marketing purposes, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

To answer your enquiries and provide recruitment and relocation services (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request).

To operate your platform account and its features: candidate–employer matching, document and visa tracking, and communication within the recruitment process.

To send launch and product updates where you asked for them (consent, withdrawable at any time).

To keep the website secure and to measure how it is used, based on our legitimate interest and, for non-essential analytics, on your cookie consent.

To meet legal obligations relating to employment, immigration and accounting.

We only set functional and marketing cookies after you accept them in the cookie banner. Essential cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We share data with companies of the Primework Group, with employers and recruitment partners involved in your process, and with IT providers hosting our website and database. All of them act under written agreements and process data only on our instructions.

We never sell personal data.

Enquiries and early-access sign-ups are kept until you withdraw consent or for up to 24 months of inactivity. Recruitment files are kept for the period required by employment and immigration law.

Platform account data is kept until you delete your account. To request account and data deletion, write to info@primework360.com.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing.

To exercise any right, write to info@primework360.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

We may update this policy as the platform grows. The date at the top always shows the current version.
