The website presents Primework360, a platform connecting European employers with verified candidates from Asia and Africa. The platform application is available at app.primework360.com and requires an account. Some features are announced as upcoming and are not yet available.

Platform accounts are created by signing in with your Google account or by invitation from Primework Group.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping access to your account confidential.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to disrupt its operation, and not to copy or scrape its content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Information you submit must be accurate and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

Recruitment, documentation, work-permit and relocation services are provided under separate written agreements with employers, candidates or partner agencies. Nothing on this website is a binding job offer or a guarantee of employment, a visa or a work permit.

Platform features such as profiles, candidate–employer matching and document status tracking support the process but do not replace written agreements or decisions of public authorities.

Immigration outcomes depend on public authorities and are outside our control.

Sign-ups for early access are free and non-binding. We may change, postpone or cancel planned features and launch dates.

The Primework360 name, logo, design, texts, graphics and software are owned by Primework Group Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law.

These terms are governed by Polish law, with the courts competent for the seat of Primework Group Sp. z o.o.
